How we research
We review providers from a buyer's perspective using publicly available product pages, pricing pages, help documentation, and direct product experience when it is available. We do not describe a provider as tested unless we can retain evidence of that test.
How scores work
Ratings are editorial scores, not averages of customer reviews. We consider published pricing, included features, support options, setup requirements, and fit for the use case named on the page. Scores are judgment calls and should be read with the supporting pros, cons, and source information—not as objective measurements.
Pricing and product changes
